Natural and authentic, maple sap gets its great taste—fresh and delicately sweet—from Quebec's majestic sugar maples. Historically, maple sap was consumed for its tonic properties by First Nations people. Now we know that maple sap carries 46 essential nutrients to the maple tree and contains 25 calories per 250 ml serving. This sap is ideal for quenching your thirst in the summertime or hydrating while exercising.
Maple sap is an environmentally-friendly product whose marketing helps to preserve our forests. It is harvested exclusively in the spring. The NAPSI certification mark guarantees that the sap's original characteristics have been preserved.
It has taken the Federation seven years to perfect the processes that have made it possible to offer consumers an authentic experience. Thanks to its investments, three Quebec products are currently awaiting NAPSI certification and will represent maple sap’s world premiere this spring.*

To provide consumers with a guarantee that they are receiving an authentic experience, and that our resources are being exploited respectfully and to the highest quality standards, Quebec's maple syrup producers created NAPSI. This new certification mark ensures the maple sap is locally sourced, natural, authentic, pure, sterile and undiluted.Visit the NAPSI website for more information
